Well, I have been writing down my days events from 1982. It is a long story but cut it short I use your app for a month with a real pleasure (design!) and I think nobody is good now as you. Except me :) but I have kinda another point of view mostly biorhythms based :)

The program will update all listed data disappeared. This is repeated for the third time. some meaning in it then. I only took the time no matter what !!

Not usable

My data was lost. Twice. First time I reentered all my data for one day, but second time I have lost 3 days. Imagine my feelings about this. You are warned.

Pretty good so far

Very customizable and has a lot of useful tracking points. Ive only had it 2 days and had to email the dev for a feature request; they responded back a few hours later and turns out it already had that feature! So I was happY about that. It has some little bugs like not being able to add people to an event and there are some improvements that could be made on the design of it to make it easier and faster to finish recording an event, but overall, Im really enjoying seeing how my time is spent.

Add some family life features and youll have 5 star app

This app is great if youre in high school but not so customizable if youre married with children. Ive had to add my wife as my girlfriend and my daughter as my best friend. Would be great if I there was a spouse and child option. Just a suggestion. Thanks.

Really liking it.

I wasnt really sure about this app but after using it for a few days Im liking it. Its really easy to use & enter information. I dont have any charts yet so I dont have a full review.

Learns from you

The interface can be intimidating at first, but dont let it dissuade you. This is one of the best quantified self apps out there. You will find it fast and easy to use within a couple of days, and it will provide useful feedback within two weeks. The first day I used the app, it seemed pretty confusing and I thought it would be hard to use. But after a couple days of use, not only had I gotten used to it but it had gotten used to me. When I finish an activity, it offers me a suggestion to start a new activity based on what I usually do next. And if I dont log an activity until after I did it, when I do, it automatically sets the start time to the end of the last activity. Now its the quickest way to log activity that Ive ever tried. It very quickly begins providing analyses of your data. You dont have to look for correlations yourself - it actually will go through and looks for correlations to suggest to you. But you can also look at data sets of your choice and it can calculate correlations or display graphs. There are still features that need work. I sent off an email to support and I learned that some improvements will be in the next release, with screenshots! So this is an app actively in development, and the next release should be even better. So what has it taught me? Here are some of the correlations I found about a month of use: * my mood at work is better when I play a computer game the previous evening * I am more productive when I drink more water, but I dont sleep as well the following night * my allergies are related to time spent indoors at home

Great productivity app

Easy to use, easy to track and most importantly, helps you think more consciously about what youre feeling and what makes you happy. Love it!

Hard to use

Its a 5 star idea, but using the app is extremely hard. The interface is kind of ugly, cluttered and really complicated. Just have a look at Moves app — everything is simple and easily understandable. But here you have a million screens, menus and parameters. It shouldnt be like that.

Finally..an easy way to see whats going on...

I have only had the app for a day, but am getting the hang of it and am anxious to see some of the reporting capabilities and tracking. Once I understood the difference between Activities and Items then I could customize and begin to make it work for me. The developers are responsive, the app is easy to use and well organized!

Tedious to use

Great concept and well designed. However, you have to remember to enter everything all the time, its tedious to use effectively. Also there is at least one small bug: you cant log a single nights sleep that starts one night and ends the next morning, which is somewhat inconvenient.

Its alright

Kinda taken over my life and I feel like its guiding everything I do... Jk its fine, just a little hassle to put in what you are doing every minute of the day. But its a well made app. It also says it works well with a fit bit, which I didnt know until I bought it which was a disappointing. Glad I bought it tho!

With new update unable to synce with Move. What has happened???

Do NOT purchase

Im so sorry I purchased this app. Bought the 1st iPhone in 2007 & never been this disappointed with an app. Problem is either the learning curve to figure out how to modify to meet my usage or terrible idea for an app. Imagine you are recording "dining" (their category) & you get a phone call. Do ya open the app to pause or answer an important call? Later you return to finish meal....too late now you have a client waiting. Im not the only person with a busy life & this app is useless to figure out minute by minute. Could do better job making notes with my appointment book!

Read this Review BEFORE you buy.

When I first got this app, I was like "hmm, this is cool" But soon I realized it wasnt what I expected. I understand that an app usually takes control of the developers life (or lives). But I dont want an app that tries to take control of MY life. If you actually used this app for everything it suggests, you would easily double time spent on your iPhone, and I dont like that idea. Here are some things you could benefit from logging: Sleep Exercise Weight Eating Obviously there are more, but these apply to most people. Here are things you dont really need to log: (that "Optimize Me" suggests) Friends Best friends Time Spent on Everything you ever do Conversations Color of food you ate Wether or not you saw a bird that day How many drips of water touched your skin that day How many words you said What color shirt you wore How many smiles you saw Time spent staring off into space Time spent running around like a maniac How many words you read that day I could list a million more, but you get the point. The short answer is this: DONT GET THE APP!!!!

Waste of Time & Money

Do not purchase. This app is a waste of your time. Its not intuitive at all. Trying to set it up takes too much effort. I expected this app to be a place that would gather the data from fitbit, FourSquare, etc., so you could see all of your information in one place. That was not it. It took my info from fitbit and nothing else. The data it took, it took three times, so it looked like I had 15 hours of sleep. This app isnt worth your time.

Health Psychologist

An excellent app that combines quantitative data (Moves) with qualitative data (mood, ratings, etc) and outside influencers (weather and lunar phases). Great job!
